No transactions were made in the past 2 months. 

I have had buy transactions for Ascendas Reit in March, but its price went up before the orders got fulfilled. What a missed opportunity as its price, along with Reits generally have gone up. This is life, you will miss all kinds of opportunities. 

Meanwhile, I will continue to keep a look out. Though with the volume amount of work coming in, it is really hard to juggle and find time to look at stock prices or even read the price alerts that I had set. I am quite certain that the next month is going to be even more hectic.

I am just watching and reminding myself to be patient. Reits like MIT are so attractive once again, but with interest rate not coming down and the fact that MIT is already my biggest portfolio, I am mindful of purchasing it. Maybe in the month of Feb, my fingers will be itchy and I will give in to temptation. 

Meanwhile, I am waiting eagerly for our Singapore Bank stocks financial result in Feb. Will DBS give a special dividends with the change in command? Will there be a stock split in the plan? We shall see come 10 Feb!
